Tartans are rubber granules that are mixed with chemicals under certain conditions to produce a healthy rubber floor. Tartans are used in basketball courts, tennis courts, and volleyball courts. Tartan consists of more than one layer, the first of which are rubber granules, chemical mixing materials, a color layer, and a smoothing layer. This is one of the samples of tartan before installed.
