How is EPDM flooring manufactured?<\/p>\n

EPDM Flooring in 6 Steps<\/p>\n

1. First, floor preparation is carried out on the surface where the EPDM floor coating will be applied. This is because the surface must have a flat and solid structure.<\/p>\n

2. At the same time, the surface is cleaned of dust, dirt, and moisture. A completely clean surface is obtained.<\/p>\n

3. Then, a layer of primer is applied to the floor using rollers. The primer ensures that the applied floor and EPDM coating materials bond tightly together.<\/p>\n

4. Immediately after the primer layer has been protected, the first step in the application is to pour 8 mm thick SBR granules.<\/p>\n

5. After pouring the SBR granules, an EPDM layer is poured in the desired color and thickness according to the customer’s request. Field lines are drawn.<\/p>\n

6. Afterward, if a shape can be created, it is added. However, these subsequent additions are not recommended because they will be created by the coating. Therefore, when choosing, it is essential to carefully decide which option to choose.<\/p>\n
