General specifications of Soft acrylic products
It is a product manufactured from imported transparent acrylic materials and colored according to the customer’s desires (red – blue – green) under the supervision of our company and in conformity with the standard specifications according to the tests of the National Research Center. The product is supplied and installed from several layers and is distinguished from the hard product by focusing on the construction specifications and raw materials. The product is supplied and installed on a completely flat floor of asphalt or concrete with complete level and tendencies in the direction of drainage. The product consists of a number of layers according to the required thickness as follows:
First class
It is a layer of acrylic primer mixed in a special way in order to fill the pores, if any, in the current floor and to receive the layers of the primer.
second layer
It is the same as the previous layer but mixed with a lower density to obtain a perfectly flat surface and receive the next layer.
third layer
It is a layer of thick polyurethane or acrylic mixed with granules of size (from 4:1 mm) according to the thickness required to give high flexibility and shock absorption.
fourth layer
It is also a layer of polyurethane or thick acrylic mixed with grains of sand according to the required description to give high flexibility and shock absorption and to plug pores, if any.
Fifth layer
Repetition of a layer of polyurethane or thick acrylic mixed with sandblasted granules, according to the required description, according to the thickness required to give high flexibility and shock absorption.
Sixth layer
A repetition of a thick acrylic layer mixed with powdered burdock according to the required thickness to give high flexibility and shock absorption.
seventh layer
It is from the same previous layers, but with a lower density than the previous ones, in order to obtain a smooth surface to receive the final layer and then plan the stadiums.
Eighth layer
It is an additional finish that does not give more flexibility to the surface and ensures the quality of the product.
planning
It is done in white or in the desired color of acrylic material that is resistant to various weather factors and is planned according to the required standards.
protection layer
It is a transparent layer that is placed after planning with the aim of protecting the stadium from sunlight, rain and temperatures and gives a degree of glossiness on the pitch and makes it more beautiful.
